Haosa: Isn't it time to re-invent the term?

In a democratic, free and fast changing times, isn't it time to have a hard and honest assessment of the position of our Haosas in our traditional political system?The position of Haosa  needs to be institutionalized as a democratic office responsible to an INNPI  comprising of members elected by the people of a group of well defined constituent villages on the basis of an adult franchise. This will usher in a sense of accountability and responsibility, the two most important ingredient for growth and prosperity.
